Chef Yu specializes in traditional Taiwanese cooking from home to commercial. He started cooking every since he was eight years old and has been cooking for families and friends for many years. He also worked in various Asian restaurants, met with many chefs, and traveled to various places to try new dishes. After many years of traveling, training, and experiences, he has learned many new dishes and secrets from various chefs and derived a goal for his career. His goal is to recreate famous dishes, but with a niche. The niche is to make them as healthy as possible so that wonderful dishes from Taiwain could be enjoyed in a healthy manner at home.
